First, there was a phone screening with general questions about if you have a problem with the commute, starting employment in August before public school and teaching background. The second interview is with school leaders and can be in-person or virtual. Unfortunately, I chose to withdraw my application because of lack of organization and accountability during the scheduling of the second interview.
