This is a very long interview process with many steps. There's a technical interview with engineers, an architecture interview with product manager, a talk with the engineering manager to see culture fit.
The interview process was well structured and transparent. Each stage was clearly explained, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I appreciated the focus on real-world problem solving and discussions around system design and practical use cases, rather than purely theoretical questions. Communication throughout the process was timely, and expectations were clearly set at every step.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and it gave me a good understanding of the team, role, and company culture.
Initial discussion with hiring manager on what I've previously worked on and a general presentation on the company, expectations and how the work is done day to day. The next step would have been a technical interview but somehow, unexpected, I did not get to that point.
