Interview process focused on cultural fit, how you show up to work, playbooks you have built and devops acumen. They've shifted their process to be less presentation/show up and throw up driven, and I felt that to be accurate.

Disjointed interview process over the course of 6+weeks with very little communication. One of these places that want to schedule 7 interviews before figuring out if its a good fit or not. Good that they have killer tech, bc I was left very unimpressed by the organization and feel it was a waste of time speaking with them
