The interview consisted of several rounds: phone, video Q&A, live coding, and small porject. Overall, it was a great experience and I learned a lot through the process. The team was supportive during the small project and helped me breakdown the task and think through it. It's a bummer I didn't get the position, but they let me know where my weaknesses were and asked to apply again once I have those nailed down. They seem like a really good team.
