With 10 years of teaching experience and all great performance reviews, I went through 4 different interviews. The whole process lasted a month for an "immediate opening". The teacher I collaborated with for at "Cornell University" sends the lesson plans the Sunday before my final interview. I requested the plan a week in advance. I do not know of teacher professional who have "off the cuff" lessons.
