Not quite sure where this one went wrong to be completely honest. I had 3 interviews in total, the first 2 were held in quick succession and were really great interview experiences and I was pleased to feed this back to the recruiter at the time. The 3rd interviewer I felt was a little less engaged in the interview, however I still felt I gave a good account and came out of it feeling positive both about the interview and the role itself. And then... nothing. Just nothing. I haven't heard from Certara since the 3rd interview ended. No follow up from the recruitment team, no feedback, nothing. Attempts to get feedback have been completely ignored, which is incredibly disappointing after 3 stages of interviews.
