1stage was interview with HR to understand my experience 2nd stage was two writing test CMC and Non-clinical 3rd stage was a panel interview which involved being interviewed by the Director, 2xManagers. The whole process took 4-6 weeks. It could be longer I was offered the job. However they put it on hold as the client they were expecting to sign contract didn't sign therefore couldn't justify the role. Perhaps in the future they could get their business in order before putting candidates through a very long interview process. I got a job offer from another company and accepted that job and ended rejecting Certara.
