This interview process was straightforward. It consisted of several rounds of video calls with the recruiting team and People Ops Leader. They asked lots of get to know you questions. I was disappointed at the lack of feedback until about a month after I interviewed.

Applied on a Wednesday, heard back by Thursday and had a first interview on that friday. Interview process was direct, very quick and transparent. Had 4 total interviews with the team, HM and other stakeholders over video. Received an offer within 1 week from the first round.
