      Total 3 Rounds of Interview. 1st round Technical debt. 2nd round Techno Managerial round. 3rd HR Round 1st and 2nd round were taken by professionals. After clearing both rounds, HR ask you personal stuff and and salary expectations. Next day they send Letter of intent. They will give you less than offer you are holding. I call HR and they agreed to package and I mail them for agreed amount. Same day Head HR replied we are evaluating for other candidate right now. We will get back to you after week. After week HR call back and ask again for negations and again HR agreed for amount. Even after multiple emails and call they are not replying . Which is very unprofessional. Advice to management : Get Professional HRs

      Pathetic & Lethargic Interview Process! Do not waste your time giving interview with this company. Firstly the recruiter is not bothered at all about your time. I applied online and the recruiter called me after 2-3 weeks and scheduled an interview. Later on the interview day, nobody turns up from Cerence. I called the recruiter and told him this, saying he will comeback, I did not receive anything for almost a week. After dropping couple of emails, got reply saying please contact me tomorrow If I don't call you. Again no contact from recruiter, so I called him and then he setup an interview again. This time, the interviewer did turn up but 15 min late, and when he joined there were other meetings that were popping up for him (this is what he said) and constantly his phone was ringing. It was not professional of him, he did not even put his phone on silent. After around 30 mins of discussion with these disturbances, the guy suddenly dropped from the call. I mean who on earth does that?? No communication was done from the interviewer with this regard and finally then I dropped off only to come to know that it was such a huge waste of time and energy. Simply Unprofessional, Lethargic and Pathetic!
