1st round: HR interview + one first excel assessment (you should know basic PE formulas, e.g. sumif, sumifs, vlookup, index, etc...). 2nd round: interview with two team leaders, both fit and technical questions 3rd round: interview with partners, both fit and technical questions (LBO model, gordon growth formula, LPs, GPs, IRR, MoM, etc...)
