I have been contacted by HR almost 2 months after I applied. Afterwards, everything went very fast. The first interview with HR was more to gather data about my personality/logistics details/salary expectations. I had the interview with a backup person, who didn't really know too much about the position. The next interview (with the direct supervisor, the Account Manager) contained a different person in the invitation, so I was a bit surprised. This person was amazing, very warm and professional, explained very well the job and what she was looking for, set clear expectations, the questions were related mostly to job description and behavioural questions. I got my feedback in that interview. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a really pleasant experience.
