I had 3 rounds. The interview process was very well organized. The interviewers were very open to provide information on next steps, or simply answer questions on the company, its company culture, etc.

Worst interview process ever. Interviewed with HR, got a rejection, then a week later was invited to interview. Started with director, as opposed to the manager I’d report to, which I thought was weird. She didn’t have her camera on, which was not only annoying, but disrespectful. Plus, she did 95% of the talking and hardly asked me anything. After 3 interviews with the manager and director, and several positively-received follow-ups, interviewed with a peer panel who acted like the job was brain surgery; only one of them smiled and didn’t act like I was inconveniencing them. Long gaps between interviews and scheduling, with a full month between the first and second interviews. Finally was told thanks but no thanks after 82 days of BS. They said they found a candidate “who was a better fit” which is meaningless. I felt like it could be ageism even though I’m nowhere near retiring and did not feel (much) older than anyone I interviewed with. I was 100% qualified and thought I had excellent responses to the interview questions. When I asked very politely and graciously for feedback so I could improve my application/interviewing process… crickets. Overall, not treated in a very humane/respectful manner. If this is how they act, I’m guessing I dodged a bullet.
