I was contacted by Zach on a Sunday afternoon and I scheduled an interview for Monday afternoon. Sadly, I woke up Monday morning not feeling well and texted Zach to let him know that I should reschedule to be safe. I didn’t get a reply for several hours. Finally, I called, and he rejected my call. An hour later, I got reply saying “Yes?” - after I explained I wanted to confirm he got my text, he abruptly replied “Wed of Fri?” - not even “Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well” or any politeness in the message. After I said Friday, I got another abrupt “What time?” Is this how their agents talk to customers also? Having someone be so short and seemingly rude just made me realize I wouldn’t want to work at a place where people talk to each other like this. At least be polite if you want to incentivize people to bring their talent to your company. I withdrew my application.
