I found this opportunity through my school. Upon sending them my resume, they then sent me 2 online tests. The tests were extremely simple and had nothing to do with engineering. I was then emailed that same day to come in for an interview later on that day. Upon arriving to the interview I was asked to fill out the application. Interview was very simple as well. Within less then 24 hours, I received an email saying that they would like to offer me the position. However, the starting salary was 50% less then what I was asking for. Therefore, I chose to decline their offer.

What experience do you have in the construction field?
Submitted my resume and references and got a call to interview. After the interview, two weeks later i got an offer. Overall is was pretty basic, i did have to take an online test after the interview.
