First online screening, then psychometric tests then video interview then assessment centre. Overall the interview process is quite friendly, the video interview is awkward but they provide plenty of time to answer questions. The assessment centre is standard containing group presentation, individual interview and another verbal presentation.

Online test + assessment day which comprised of a 2 on 1 interview followed by an individual task and finally a group task. For each individual task and group task we were given 25mins to read over some content they'd given to us beforehand.
