i had a phone call from inspired people who them forwarded me to centrepoint. i then had a group interview where we were asked questions aout our personal relationship with the charity and then we had to do a mock pitch. in the mock pitch the most important this was repoir so ensuring that you had a personality and could talk to people. the best advice i give is to be yourself and ensure that you just answer honestly to each question and show you are willing to go above and beyond to help peopl e
