phone interview and then face to face. I failed in phone interview. I could have done well but it was my first interview for customer service. questions were easy but not well prepared .

STAR model process for both written submission and face to face. Questions requiring situational responses to demonstrate ability. Face to face held infront of panel. Process used was for employee going from casual to permanent with years of demonstrated experience.
