The first interview was good and I felt comfortable. The second felt worst- they had this metric system for grading knowledge. Something that they never done so it felt unprepared and weird. I feel like asking open ended questions and having maybe like a knowledge test would have better than what happened in the second interview. They were not good at following up through the process. It took two months to interview in total. At the end they never responded with a no or yes. Just ghosted me.
