Oversimplified. HR at the time was just filling cubicles and not interested if you actually were a good fit for the job. It almost felt like there were no wrong answers.

I can't remember if I received a call or email to come into the office to interview as this was years ago. When I arrived there was a li e of individuals waiting to interview. However, the interviewer was nice, straight forward and basically redescribed the role and asked was I still interested with a few simple questions in between..
