I spoke with an HR person over the phone for a few minutes and was asked if I would like to interview for the position. I had my interview a few days later, one on one with the HR person. I was asked a few situational customer service questions that were pretty standard and easy to answer. Before having an interview with the call center manager, they do conduct a credit check on you, and if your credit is less than stellar, they won't hire you.
