Very to the point and textbook interviewing along with helpful discussion on specific job/career requests. Be prepared to give examples of various things you have done in the past such as coaching others and what not.

The entire interview process took less than a week, the first interview was in person followed two business days later by a zoom interview. The offer was given two days after. Everyone was thorough but kind and the questions were largely based on previous experience.
