I applied through Ziprecruiter link and received and email with a number to call. I called the number and was met with a very hostile and aggressive person who clearly wanted to talk me out of the position from the start. This individual was extremely negative and seemed to want to find any reason not to hire me despite that I have a good deal of experience and all of the qualifications.

They asked what my salary requirements were and I stated I would like to make a minimum of 15 an hour and they snapped back with "Well we only pay 11 an hour, so this probably isn't going to work out" I informed them that 11 an hour is minimum wage in the State of AZ and not an adequate wage for the position and qualifications and training needed. The person was irate and disrespectful over the phone. I wouldn't work for this company even if they were paying more...
