The people out here are very patient, very understanding. The interview process was very smooth and they had taken care of each and everything such as telephonic interviews and the time concerns and stuff like that. I was very overwhelmed and was happy to accept the offer though it is a start up company. The Work culture is too good and nobody will interfere in your work.
