if have recommendation u will recruit in one day with normal interview otherwise 4 rounds 1st round - written test 2nd round - autocad test 3rd round - technical test 4th round - HR interview no worries about communication skills because nobody talks not even HR people.its kinda village company

They are looking for the autocad 2d drafting skills and good communication skills so, most of the questions were based on those two aspects. They conducted a written test before the interview shortlisted candidates were then called for the interview on the same day. Interview was started with little introduction and then 'what do you know about the company' further I was asked about my goals and a little about my family background.
