The interview process consisted of multiple meetings with the head of the accounting department and the CFO. The first meeting was fairly laid back, no serious questions, just about my background and knowledge of the subject. The second was a bit more formal with behavioral questions; why I was interested in finance, where I wanted to be, what to do in particular situations, ect. Overall, it was a good experience and not a lot of pressure.
