2 phone interviews and a final "in person" interview. I was thorough when looking for a job as I wanted a long term fit. I threw every question and concern I had at them and they promised a fun job with longevity and the ability to be creative... I don't know what company they were talking about because it sadly wasn't this one. Although there were things I should have taken more notice of when interviewing. Such as: I was in a room talking with 5 of them at a table, they all had laptops, no big deal right? well, as one of them would ask me a question as I would be talking I would notice that all of them were on there laptops and not listening to a word I was saying. How I know they weren't listening? I stopped talking in the middle of my sentence and once one of them noticed nobody was talking they said "good, good.." and moved on to more questions. This actually infuriated me for a moment, because of how rude it is but I let it go and thought nothing more about it. I should have. This is how the company runs, there are a handful of people in charge that hand down the tasks to the rest of the company and couldn't care less about you.
