My screening was handled professionally The HR was responsive and definitely shows a depth of experience. Next, I was invited to an in-person interview. The interview went well and that the panel liked the scale of my technical abilities. Days later, they rejected and gave incongruent reasons. They said I lacked technical abilities when I've shown clear demonstrations and tangible samples. They also said I lacked experience when they've clearly said that the position is entry-level. Overall, the initial HR was great, but the panel/actual people you work with are unprofessional and displays very little coherency or does not hesitate to lie. MESSAGE TO PROSPECTS: Quality of the actual people you work with is a direct indicator of a company's future outlook. Be wary and assess the validity of potential incentivized reviews.
