phone interview, then Face to face, and shadow experience. This allowed my to view the company clinic flow . I spent a couple hours watching the doctors flow and speaking with the admin staff.
This role requires an extensive interview process as the Regional Operations Directors are a critical part of our company leadership. I'm glad you had shadow opportunities so you could understand fully what the job might entail.
