This was the most drawn out and unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. I applied and was invited to an interview about six months later, but for a completely different position than I had originally applied to. There were three long interviews in which I was told directly that I would be hired pending a background check. Over the next several months, I received sporadic requests for more information including my social security and bank information. In the end, the company cut communication completely without explaining why I did not receive the job. The hiring process lacks transparency and honesty. I experienced a complete disrespect for my time and lack of communication. The process lasted more than half a year and was laughably unorganized.
