I was interviewed by one of the Group Home Directors. It was a professional interview and I was able to ask questions about training requirements and about job duties. I was contacted shortly after applying at the CBM location down by the Truman Med Center. It was an easy application and an easy interview. They provided paid training before moving us to our new facility. They do require drug screens and background checks.
