Interview process took about two months. 2 weeks to hear from the recruiter, 3 weeks of hounding to get first interview, next panel took a week, took another week to get verbal rejection. Hiring manager didn't know they had an interview and was 15min late. Next peer panel interview I was grilled with STAR questions and my exp wasn't even delved into.
