It was casual, but they asked the right questions . They also allowed me to ask them lots of questions. They answered honestly and clearly. I felt like the interview went very well.

Email request for a video interview initially, one day that was submitted I received an email requesting to schedule an on-site interview.
The interview was panel style with several team members, the hiring manager, and the Director of the area. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
