I first sent in an email application. A month and a half later I received a call from HR saying they were interested. A few weeks later an over the phone interview was conducted.
My process was just one interview with manager and two engineers. Everyone was nice and didn’t expect much. No leetcode at all very straight forward questions about experience and what you’re looking for in a company.

The interview process was a panel interview with multiple team members present. Each interviewer asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, along with some role-specific discussions about my background and skills. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and they gave me time to ask questions at the end.
