All over g-chat. I never spoke to anyone. The entire interview took around 2 hours over chat but could have been done in 30 minutes over the phone. Was very strange. I then received an offer for a different position after just that one interview. I ultimately declined because it all seemed a bit off to me and I didn't have a great gut feeling about it.
