Very easy and comfortable. I applied in early July and didn't receive a call back (or email) until August. I applied online and received a couple of emails stating my application was being moved to the next step of the hiring process. It wasn't until also a month later i received a call about a interview. Scheduled the interview for the next week. The interview was very comfortable.

Have you ever had to deal with a difficult employer? How did you handle it? What made it difficult?
By far the most disorganized interview process I've ever seen. I had an interview with the recruiter who told me I'd have a response by the end of the week. Two weeks pass just for her to tell me to apply again to be interviewed by leadership. The next day she tells me due to candidate overflow I can't reapply anyway. Which makes no sense on why I had to reapply in the first place. Just be warned they are very disorganized and have no idea what they are doing.

Easy. It was very straight forward. I didn’t have any problems feeling uncontrollably and the questions weren’t hard. The hiring manager was very kind and direct with questions and answers during the process.

2 upper management staff met with me in a conference room and asked me behavioral-type interview questions. They also asked other standard questions, such as to tell them what I know about Centene.
