There was lack of transparency in this interview. I thought I would be interviewing with one person, the manager. The talent acquisition personnel failed to inform me that my interview would be with an additional three people. The way I was treated it was as if I was not a good fit from the start unfortunately. I felt I did not get a chance to showcase my experience and how it would be a good match for the position at hand. This is probably first time in decades that I have felt so unwelcome in an interview setting. The questions I was asked was if I was seeking an entry-level position.

It was all very automated, which was nice for cutting down on back and forth, but didn’t love the lack of human aspect. The interview went well, however they left me waiting for an inordinate amount of time.
