Pretty straight forward process. Recruiter gave me a call after I applied online. Verified work history told me about position and what company was looking for. Seemed to like that I was in sales roles before switching over to IT. Interviewed about a week later. Nice office on NC State's Campus. Very little to no technical questions during a desktop support interview. Seemed to be interested whether I could "bro down" enough to work there. So interview was obviously about likeability of candidates more than anything else which is tough because most people have a hard time letting their true personality come through all the way in a situation like that. Also, that method of hiring gets terribly mixed results. Oh, If you like places where they cater to younger folks -EX:beer on tap at office, super relaxed dress code and everyone seems like a hipster- this is the place for you.
