The interview process was fair, efficient, and structured. It began with a phone interview following my application submission with a Human Resources representative at the office in Boston. Once that was completed I was asked to interview with the Product Team Manager through a video conference. When I was passed on to the next round I was scheduled to meet with members of the team in an on-site interview where I met with two team members and a 1-on-1 session with the Senior Product Manager. I heard back from the team the day following my on-site interview. The entire process only took about three to four weeks and it was communicated well throughout by the Human Resources department.

The interview process for this remote role felt very welcoming. The questions were easy to adapt info and answers to. I felt connected to those I interviewed with, during the calls and over email. I remain in contact with a few people now too.
