Over the phone interviews, recommendations from previous managers. Lots of phone calls and emails going back and forth, weeks of background checks, driving records, references checks. This interview was pretty difficult. There were several questions that were asked. There were tests that had to be taken as well, to measure if you were the ideal candidate and how well you scored on based on your skills. Especially how well you were able to spot dangerous situations, or tests in management skills.
