Rosalind was very nice and encouraging through the interview process. The interview process was very straightforward and follow up was very quick. Once I left the interview I was made aware the same day that I got the job.

I applied on their website, they are extremely fast at getting back to you if you meet the requirements of what is in the job posting, after that, they will set up a 60 minute telephone interview, and within 48 hours of being contacted for the interview and before the interview you must complete an online assessment that takes about 45 minutes, after the phone interview you will be contacted if they want to move you to next steps and schedule you for a two hour interview that consists of about an hour to hour and a half of interview and then 30 minutes to present two presentations, one they will provide to you, and the other you will create based on a prompt they give you. They are very accommodating in scheduling your interviews around your schedule, they ask for a few dates and times that will work. After the second interview I heard back from the recruiter the next day with an offer, the whole process was less than two weeks

What are the differences of Medicare Part B and Medicare Part D?
My interview was held at Logan Airport Hilton. There was a chance of traveling to either Baltimore or Charlotte for the 1:1 interview portion. The first interview was phone screen discussing reimbursement procedures.
My negative experience came post 1:1 interview. I was told I was hear a determination the following week by Wednesday. After waiting and waiting about a month of hearing nothing and reached out to whom I had connected with through interviews. The person who did my 1:1 was not responsive to texts & email. I was told later that this individual has become notorious for ghosting/no response even amongst their coworkers. (I had three internal referrals whom work directly with this individual). After some persistence and holding Xcenda accountable to their word on communicating a decision, two weeks later (a total of nearly six weeks), Xcenda declines my candidacy. They ‘thanked’ me for my professionalism through the process, I found this appalling given their sheer lack of it. The denial did not include any detail as to why I had been declined. I then reapplied to the position when the opening became available again under a new rec number. I was declined without another chance to interview. I fear there are internal mishaps happening that are showing that pharma companies are no longer trusting Xcenda and bringing reimbursement roles back in house. From my experience, I believe they have no intention of hiring anyone, just purely resume collecting. My candidacy was handled very poorly and I will not be seeking any further employment opportunities with Xcenda moving forward.
