The in person interview went great, everyone did a good job of making me feel comfortable and they put effort into letting me know my previous experiences were valued and how they would fit in here. The format was nice, an initial meet and greet at the beginning definitely helped me get comfortable and less nervous. This was followed by two sets of technical interviews with two people each, and a final wrap up talk. Overall, this seems like an awesome place to work with people who truly value Cemvita’s mission. I really enjoy how thorough the process has been. I am currently waiting to see if I receive an offer.
