Initial exchange via phone with Celonis recruitment. Good conversations and could answer all my questions I had about the company, general work environment and area the role is for. Then had a first video call with the hiring manager, where I got a more detailed introduction into the role, expectations, etc. as well shared my experience in the various areas. I then received a call from the recruitment a few days that they would like to move forward to the challenge stage, where I will need to present something towards the hiring manager and additional people. I received detailed instructions and got time to prepare for the interview. Interview was straight into the content I had prepared, including an extensive Q&A on all sorts of technical and non-technical topics from my presentation. Some questions were very in depth.
