Too much effort, for the job. They late you make an assessment, and you barely get feedback. In addition, a recruiter approached me and in the end there was not job position open at all... so from my view a shame.

Applied through a friend. had a first interview with a recruiter regarding my background and why I was interested in this job. another one with the hiring manager.
The last round was doing a challenge using Celonis software. They provided the dataset and I prepared a presentation, showing the results and how I did analysis in the software.
I was given 7 days to complete it. To be honest, asking someone to learn the software and do analysis in it just in 7 days does not measure her/his experience and enthusiasm regarding the role. Especially if you are working, it's impossible to learn Celonis' sofware, their business model, and lingo just in 7 days.

First I had a video call with their recruiter (I applied on the website). It was 30 minutes and all about my background and what I know about Celonis.
A week later I got an invitation for another video interview with a senior consultant and the director of consulting for UK. Same again though there were a lot of behavioral questions, e.g. tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Then after two weeks or so (I had to email them to even tell me that I made it to the next stage): I got an invite for a business challenge. They provide you with a link to their training platform first to learn how to Analyse processes. It takes around 90 minutes though it’s very basic and in no way prepares you sufficiently for the presentation later. For the presentation they send you access to a mock clients process model on their platform 90 minutes before your presentation. So you have to identify 3 or so key improvement levers and create a PowerPoint as well. There is not a lot of time and it can be quite challenging since the training provided was so basic to begin with. Then after 90 minutes you have a 60 minute presentation with Q&A with the same interviewers as before. They seemed quite bored overall. Not a great atmosphere. After the presentation they told me they would get to me within a couple of days. Never heard back from them. There is also a quantitative online test you have to take, which is weirdly only sent to you after you already made it to the presentation stage. Makes no sense.
Overall bad experience. Long and unnecessary interview process. No ist has time to take off an entire morning for the preparation and subsequent presentation. Had to take a half holiday... Also it’s a German company and everything is still managed top down by Germans, which is from my experience not so great. Also the Company still seems a but cultish even though they have grown out of the start up phase a long time ago. Wouldn’t recommend overall unless you really are super interested in Process Mining and you have no other alternatives.
