Extremely fast and simple process, smart and friendly people, very professional throughout. Process involves initial phone interviewer with recruiter, then hiring manager phone/video interview, then case study, then final interview with EMEA senior management. End to end, took two weeks from initial outreach to offer.

Entrevista
I had an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a VP and director. Following that, I executed a case study that was presented to Leadership. The case study is challenging - but a good introduction to the role / system. Overall, really great process. The interview felt like not only were they interviewing me but I was also interviewing them and Celonis to understand if it would be a good fit for me.

5-6 steps comprising interviews with HR, manager, VP of division and county leader, as well as a challenge (i.e. a role-specific exercise) to be presented in front of 2 senior people as a role-play exercise. Finally an online cognitive test with the purpose of profiling employees.

Entrevista
The interview process was comprised of 3 interviews(HR/Recruiting, Hiring Manager and Chief Customer Office) and 1 presentation known as the "Celonis Challenge". You will be asked to demonstrate your ability to prove value with your customers and share a few of those experiences at a high level.
