Entrevista
The interview process consisted of quite a few rounds of "interviews". I put interviews in quotations because the interviews primarily consisted of me being able to ask questions to whomever I was speaking with, which consisted of the manager I'd be reporting to, two individuals on the team, and an HR person. I maybe got a handful of the "typical" interview questions. The final step of the interview process is presenting the Celonis solution back to the team. It was quite a bit of work and prep to put together, but I think it was worth it to be able to learn the solution I'd be presenting as my job to know if it was something I would enjoy doing.
It started with a recruiter call, then hiring manager + engineer call, take home project using the Celonis software (2-step interview), and then the last was a final round with the hiring manager again.
lengthy, multi step process with a couple of different people from the org. some cognitive thinking questions, and i’m pretty sure they ask for a work sample or presentation or something

Entrevista
Initial normal 30 minutes with recruiter. Next step was with hiring manager. Jumped straight into strict questioning of resume and knowledge. Minimal culture based, or personable aspects. Was very similar to a management consultant interview as compared to a modern tech company interview.
