During their Account Executive interview process, which consists of 4-5 interviews, candidates are required to complete a sales challenge, which entails a panel presentation of your POV, in character, to an account of their choosing that is not currently a Celonis customer. You are provided with a template deck to modify for your presentation.
I have no problem with Celonis deciding I am not a fit, for whatever reason, but it was incredibly unprofessional to be ghosted after all of the time and effort I put into their process.
It absolutely felt like they used the interview process for free consulting.

Entrevista
Fairly quick and sharp, to the point, not too complicated and allows you to make an informative decision. People are friendly and guide you through the process. You get a "buddy" assigned during the process to prepare better for the final stage. The final test stage, if intended to be done successfully, requires some time to prepare, but is worth it.

Einblicke in die Gehaltshöhen wurden direkt zu Beginn gegeben.
