Applied on-line through website. Received an e-mail 2 days later to call someone at certain date and time. Made the call and was informed of background check and drug testing and did I want to continue. Received another e-mail that someone from company will call me at certain date and time and would take about 20 minutes. Call from Co. came as scheduled and was a phone interview consisting of several rapid fire questions regarding how I feel about certain things in my life and what I would do in certain instances during customer contact. Couple of days later received another phone call stating I was scheduled to have a face to face interview and would receive confirmation and details through e-mail. Went to interview and arrived on time. Had to wait a few minutes in lobby for a very heavy-set gentleman who came out of back office to greet me. These were again very similar questions from phone interview only done face to face. "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?", then it was "10 years?", "What is the biggest thing you had to overcome in your life?", "When we call your previous employers, what will they say you need to improve?". These were a small sample size of questions but should give you a fair idea of how it goes. At end of interview I was told company only likes you to wear a white or blue shirt. He said they have done studies that suggest a softer type of fuzzy feeling it gives customers. I would also have to shave my mustache off as company doesn't allow facial hair. Again it was because of some study. Was ushered out the side door and told because it was a Friday, I would hear back from them either way within 72 hours. After not hearing back for a week, I sent an e-mail to the 3 different people who had e-mailed me during the process stating I was still available and wanted to know what was going on and excited to join company and so forth. I then received an e-mail the following Monday stating I was not considered for the position. I guess he didn't like my answers! Oh, and the whole time he types in your answers on a laptop he has stuck in his face while asking you them. Good Luck to all who try!
