There are 3 levels of interviews: 1. Initial pre-screening with the recruiter: This lasted for 1 hour. 2. Actual interview with the hiring manager and HR representatives: This session lasts about 1 hour. They inquire mostly about your experience and give you case studies to assess how you would handle different situations. Your recruiter may also be on the call. 3. Culture fit interview and salary negotiation: You will meet with HR and maybe the hiring manager again to assess your fit and discuss compensation.
