It was a bit difficult because they were not clear with the procedure and they took too long replying the emails for next steps and in the end, after 3 interviews they decided to go with other candidate with better background (they knew from the beginning that I had a different background)

1st round - HR phone screen 2nd round - 1 on 1 with hiring manager First round was with HR. 2nd round was with higher manager. Found out the role that Caprion calls a "Scientist" is actually more of a technologist position (i.e. routine testing). I was already in a role where I was developing new methods. I was told that development roles were called "Senior Scientists" ad were often promoted from the Scientist level.
