Three steps: Recruiter, HM and GM. Spoke with a hiring manager who asked very generic PM questions. He hardly explained what the company was doing or what they expected from the PM, then decided not to forward after a week. I wouldn’t want to work with a guy who can’t speak up for his company anyway, so they made a good decision.
